Maintenance method of spraying machine
1.Maintenance of spray line and spray room. If the air supply system of the spray cabinet is blocked or there is too much dust, replace the air filter cotton, and open the back of the spray cabinet to clean the oil filter system in about three days. At the same time, it is also necessary to clean the greasy dirt on the conveyor chain from time to time and add butter.
2. Oil supply system maintenance. When the spraying machine needs to be shut down after use, open the paint return valve to make all the paint flow back to the ink tank, take out the ink tank, pour the cleaning solvent into the mixing tank and start the oil pump. In addition, open the return valve and the spray gun to the maximum to allow the cleaning solvent to circulate in the oil pipe and clean the spray gun and oil pump. The pump and spray gun are highly precise. Do not disassemble them at will during cleaning to avoid damage.
3. After one week or 50h of operation, the pump body, cylinder barrel and leather cup of the mortar combine shall be checked for good sealing, the tightness of the belt at the transmission, the firmness and tightness of the pipe joint, the pump surface shall be cleaned, and diluted engine oil shall be applied to prevent dirt from sticking.
4. Clutch, return unloading valve, reducer, air compressor and other main components shall be regularly inspected according to their use requirements. In case of wear and damage, it shall be adjusted and replaced in time.
5.Before adding oil to the mortar mixer and mortar combine, the dirt in the oil filling and oil hole shall be wiped off.
6.Because the nozzle is designed to work under a variety of different spray conditions, the nozzle suitable for the needs is selected to achieve the best spray performance in use. The characteristics of the nozzle are mainly reflected in the spray type of the nozzle, that is, the shape formed when the liquid leaves the nozzle mouth and its operating performance. The shape of spray is generally fan-shaped.
